Diese Schlacken sind oftmals umweltgef\u00e4hrdend und ben\u00f6tigen eine Deponierung. Die Produzenten der Schlacke m\u00fcssen hierf\u00fcr die Kosten tragen. Die Betriebe der Nichteisenmetallurgie sind bestrebt, diese Schlacken effizient zur verarbeiten, um einen \u201ezero-waste\u201c Prozess zu erreichen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ziel des Projektes ist das Upscaling einer Technologie um Metalle aus Schlacken zur\u00fcckzugewinnen, da diese Schlacken ein potentieller Rohstoff von Metallen sind. Zus\u00e4tzlich soll die Schlacke durch diesen Prozess in ein umweltneutrales Produkt gewandelt werden, welches in der Bauindustrie oder im Stra\u00dfenbau Verwendung finden soll.
